THE BUILDING IN COMPLAINT 405 E 56TH ST NYC SOL GOLDMAN LLC apt 7-O toilet pipes have broken 5 times in 6 years twice in the last 6months today being 7/7/2009. Complaint human waste, urine and fecal matter, bacteria and black mold leaking drippping flowing into apt 7-O from apt 8-O apt above. Building manager or management refused to address the situation immdediately, at time i waited 2 weeks for pipes to be fixed leaking human excrement into my apt for that period of time.
