Im sending this complaint due to imagine Card services commiting fraud. I have been paying on this card to get a better credit score. So much for that! Imagine employee had switched my bank router numbers backward, which made my account over the limit. I was told to pay a annual fee of $150.00 to keep the account open and now my balance is twice over the limit. Apon calling card services i was told to pay $ 53.00 to keep the acount courant.
