I will sue the shit out of who ever is responsible for charging my credit card for whatever reason that it was charged. I did not authorize any payment to these dam people. I did not buy anything from these dam people. It should be against the law for these people to do this shit. If it sounds like I am pissed I am. By these people charging my card without my permission fucking bill collectors will be calling me wondering why they haven't gotten their payment. and I know the money was there.
