i placed an order for sample and then was unexpectedly called out of town. I did not return to cancel within the 15 day limit - I didnt even get my mail until past the deadline - but I called and cancelled with a valid confirmation number - assuring there would be no charges on my account. They charged my acct $87.13 that very same day. Numerous calls to support and supervisors were useless. It's like an answer read from a script. All the same - no variation and no exceptions.
