I made a reservation online via their website for a 5x5 storage space. No where on their website states that the space for the $49 price was obstructed by a column which takes up about half the space. The week before I had stopped by to see the storage and was shown a "regular" 5x5 but was not told that it would cost more. When we started renting, we were told that a "regular" 5x5 storage space will cost us $69 but there's no option on their website to book or view such information.
