I ordered the free trial offer on 1/29. The same day I called to cancel and was advised that I should wait to receive the product to cancel. I confirmed with the rep that there would be no additional charges nor would I have to send anything back. He confirmed. I later called once I received the product and was advised and entirely different process... I had to send the bottle back within 7 days or my card would be charged.
