They don't tell you they are charging you for P2P software you can get yourself for free elsewhere. They make it sound as if you're getting something new. No customer support even though they claim 24/7. Says you cancel at any time, but charges for FULL year's worth of use up front with no refunds given...even if you cancel same day with no downloaded software to use it or music files accessed.
