I joined Premier with a co-worker in February and we were promised our own private trainer to help with our workouts. (This lasted all of 2 visits before the trainer was pulled aside and indstructed to work with other members.) The final straw came on 7/2/09, when my bank acct was drafted a fee from the gym that was not the usual dues that had been discussed in February.
