We bought a 15% restocking clause from Sears. We were not aware of this until we returned a plazma tv. At the time of purchase there was no mention of a restocking fee if the item was returned, only that we had 15 days in which to return the item if it wasn't what we wanted. Over an hour was spent processing the purchase of this tv and in all that time there was no mention of the negative side of the purchase.
