The company called and it was a foreign voice and hardly understandable. Government grant theis and government grant that and all for a small fee of shipping and handling. I'm sorry but my thinking is this if this is a free government grant for citizens why am I having to pay for something? Why would they not except a cash option for delivery and only credit cards?
