I ordered a free trial for $4.95 and noticed I was charged 83.30. When I called they mentioned it was a temporary hold for fourteen days. I called them 5 times due to the reps not listening to my questioning why I was being charged, asked for a supervisor and waited on hold for 40 min. never speaking with him/her. Very unpleasant experience. Was told a cancellation was proccessed we shall see. To top it off my bank charged me $97.00 due to this companies error as I only accounted 4.95 to come out of this account. I feel online shopping is not safe. read full review »
