I have been out of work for over two months now and am at the end of my rope regarding these so called online job boards. I've applied for hundreds of jobs using this "service" and not received one call for an interview. I understand we're in a recession, but that should affect the number of jobs listed on the site. It does seem like slim pickings, but after awhile it's insane I'm not getting called back to interview for jobs I'm perfectly qualified for. What I do get is spam. Lots of it.
