I bought a laptop no more than six months ago. I have had problems ever since. I have been to the store 10 times. the last time was the worse. That day i was there 3 times. the next day they were suppose to call. they didnt! when i called i talked to a manager that was very rude. they act like they were put out. but im the one spending time and gas. i dont understand? wHAT HAPPEND TO CUSTOMER SERVICE???????
