Ordered a camera package on May 17, 2009. To arrive May 29, 2009. On the 29th get a call from them stating my order has not shipped out. I smelled a rat! Long story short...they still have my 1150.00 and I still have nothing. I have been told verbally and through emails that I receiving a credit to my account. It is July 8th and there is no credit and there is not going to be. I will be legally able to file a formal dispute against them with my credit card company on the 11th and I will doind that.
