We have paid over $1200 for a computer we never recieved. Like others we have read about, they claimed we would recieve our computer after down payment and 5 payments. We were told they would send out a contract for us to sign, which we never recieved. We Over a year later, still no computer. We requested a refund and were told they would send out the paperwork, which we never recieved.
