Hi.. my name is Tom Rozsa policy# 01736319900.. I just got off the phone with one of your reps. I was inquiring about the $34.00 policy fee which appears on my renewal notice. If I already have a policy and simply wish to continue doing business with Infinity with no changes in the policy why do I have to pay $34.00 to continue.. Is this a new method of thanking the customer for there loyalty and continued patronage.. I would like to have the policy fee removed thank you for your assistance TOM ROZSA read full review »
