Sedgwick CMS claims adjuster Tina Parks is a lying, calculating dishonest person and of all the claims adjusters I have ever dealt with I got the worst. She lied from day one trying to get me to have my insurance pay for vehicle damages sustained from getting hit by one of their clients trucks. She lied and delayed for more than 30 days, only to tell me she didn't see how their truck could've hit me, my first thought was; gee were you there?
