i order the Snuggie on 11/10/08 and still have not received it. It was a Christmas gift. I am very disappointed and when i called Customer Service, i was hold forever and had to hang up. There is not any e-mail address as indicated. This company is a scam. And they have the nerve the keep advertising on T.V!! This is my comfirmation # 25409200851131572. PLEASE cancel this for me.
