I ordered a bike with accesseries in early April. I waited a month and no bike. I tried calling and they never answered the phone. I tried emailing through their comment page on their site and no response. I then contacted my credit card company in mid May to have the charges reversed as well as the BBB, a week later I recieved the bike. DAMAGED and incomplete. There was a paper that said the items were back ordered and will be mailed out in three days. This was May 26.
