I agreed to an online ad for a CD lesson for 6.95 shipping and handling. I did not read anywhere in the ad the lesson had to be returned in a specific time frame or 189.95 would be billed to my credit card. After contacting the company and dealing with the most rude and arrogant customer service personnel, they offered a refund of the 189.95. I was told it would take 21 days to process the refund. After the 21 days, I called the same nasty customer service reps back and was told they would put me on the fast track refund and it would take another 10-15 days. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
