As of January 2009 I noticed a $10 Service Charge/*Finance Charge* on my statement I had a fixed promotional rate of 3.99% on further investigation I found I am not alone. Chase changed the terms of it s agreement in breach and is attempting to charge its customers so it can pay back the bailout it received from the very tax payer it received the bailout from. i called and the rep was rude and hung up on me when I told her as a consumer I had joined the class action lawsuit. read full review »
