This is the exact email that I sent to “The Firm” in regards to my hassle in getting a refund from them. They are no better than a murderer that shows no remorse for what they have done as long as they get as much money from you as possible. By the way, on the infomercial they (The Firm) advertised that if you ordered before the time ran out there would be no shipping and handling charges.
