Here is an example of Walmart's great customer service. I was at the self checkout yesterday February 18, I completed my transaction, I was prompted as always if I wanted cash back, as always I said no. Apparently there was a glitch and I was given a 20 cash but because I did not ask for cash back, I just grabbed my receipt and left the store.
