My mortgage had been transferred by Citibank to AHMSI, a collection agency. I have an excellent credit rating and had never been delinquent in paying my monthly dues. Why was I subjected to this change w/o advance notice or warning from Citibank? Now, I'm so disappointed to this collection agency because I'm being given statements with different monthly amounts to pay.
