I have had to call my local post office post master on 3 separate ocassions on misdelivered mail or missing mail. SO far no change in there services. The week before Christmas I recieved all of my neighbors mail to the west of me and my neighdor the the east of me recieved all of my mail. Then the week of New Years I had a perfessional certificate come in the mail first class that stated DO NOT BEND OFFICIAL DOCUMENT of couse it was folded in half and torn open then on 1-3-08 I recieved more of my neighbors mail.
