I placed an order for a hall tree with coatracks.com over a month ago. I was told it would ship in 5-10 business days and I received my emailed confirmation as well as my Paypal payment confirmation. After a couple of weeks, I wondered why it hadn't arrived yet, so I went onto their website to check the status of my order. The only information listed was that my order had been canceled.
