Mrs. landers was very rude and nasty from the GMAC financial services. I understand I'm late, but she don't have to talk to me like that I 'm a human being and things happen. She stated that it was in the repo are and there was nothing I can do about it after today. I explianed to her that the only thing I can do was give the payment on Saturday, and she told me that they could not wait until Saturday.
