We purchased a extended warranty July 08. the car now has a blown head gasket, we contacted the company and they told us the $2000, we paid they could not honor the warranty, they said the car that is on record is 2006 STS Cadilac. We have 2006 CTS, i tried to talk to them and no one wants to help. I have been given addresses, the BBB tried to contact them and the address are no good. We would like to get the money back.
