I purchased a coffee table from Black Mountain Furniture who is apparently also Black Mountain Trading and received it three months late and damaged. I initiated a claim with UPS who took the coffee table for inspection and are telling me that I need to now contact the shipper. Only problem is that Black Mountain Furniture is completely unresponsive to email or phone calls. I’m now considering initiating small claims proceedings to get my money back. read full review »
