Horrible company. Stay far away. They have several Internet brands- including lightinguniverse.com- so be careful. I ordered a bunk bed set andtwo and a half months later I still don't have all of the parts. I've called two dozen times and of the 5 times that I've been promised a call back, not once have I received one. Every time I call I have to repeat the lengthy history and then I either get a different answer than I got last time or I get a stock "we'll have to call the manufacturer and get back to you".
