I purchased one piece of jewelry on or about 5/27/09 for a $9 introductory rate. Thereafter, on or about 6/2/09, I canceled my account. I was advised two pieces of jewelry were already shipped, but to return them to their Evanston address listed on their webiste. I returned the two shipments on or about 6/7/09, which by delivery confirmation were received by the company on or about 6/12/09.
