Went on Mothers's Day for a nice, expensive dinner. Gave my car to valet. Realized the next day that my GPS and video ipod ($500 worth of equipment) had been stolen--with the chargers! Restaurant absolved themselves from any responsibility, but claimed they would check their surveillance cams and help as much as they could. Valet company accepted no responsibility (after making me file a claim form and wait 2 weeks for a denial), and offered no alternatives. And the "super helpful manager" at the restaurant never returned any of my calls regarding the surveillance footage. Thanks Ryan Cole for going above and beyond. read full review »

Ordered 2 bras online from their location overseas. Paid for the extra shipping costs, and waited 2 weeks. They gave me the complete run around, telling me the package should have arrived but that they don't have tracking on overseas packages...huh? You ship items all over the world, but have no way of tracking them!?! After speaking with my local postmaster (who informed me they probably did not provide the proper customs shipping, so the package would be held), I told them to refund me my money. They did, but then informed me that if I decided to order from them again and a package was lost, I would not get a refund. Bogus read full review »
