I am appalled by the service that I received from this company. I placed an order on 3 Jun 09 and have yet to receive it. (VRC121-1112911) Was advised on 1 Jul that it would ship on 2 Jul and then received an email on 8 Jul that the items had shipped with an expected arrival date of 14 Jul. Thats a 45 day time line and is absolutely unacceptable. I happened to look at the testimonials on their websire--must have been done by staff members. NEVER AGAIN! read full review »
