I had scheduled service for my refigerator for 8 am to 12. At 11:30 i received a call saying technician cant make till 12 but will be coming between 1 to 2. Till 1:45 there was no call from them. I had to call to check with them.Their representative kept transferring my call from one place to another without giving any solution. So i dropped the call and called again and representative said she will ask the technician to call me . After some time technician called me saying he would come by 3.
