This is the complaint that I have submitted to BBB. Please do NOT do business with this company as they do not know how to run a business at all. You will just be wasting your money staying at any of their properties. We rented Casa de Sol from Thursday, July 2, 2009 through Thursday, July 9, 2009 during your “Premium Season”.
