Capital One will not be in my wallet either. I will be paying them off THIS MONTH !! Recently I had to choose to CANCEL my card from use to keep my interest rate @ 4.9 but I missed the cutoff date by one day. Now I pay 13.9% interest. I was never late and always paid more than the minimum amount due. Oh, recently I paid 3 times in the month of june and was charged a late fee !!?? I called them and they said I paid it too early...Not what I call top notch customer service but the bottom end of the customer being serviced. Try to find a customer service number on your statement...all you'll find is a number to take more of your money. read full review »
