I'll try to keep it short. There online viewing of transactions are NOT what their employees see. A week ago I got hit with an overdraft of $35, but if you look at my transactions on line in the sequence they provide, it never went negative. Talk to a rep and they say differently then I get a statement in the mail that details MY mistake? Why can't I see online what they see and are able to print out?
