I purchase a cell phone through phone store usa. The phone wouldn't take a charge they replaced it, the replacement wouldn't take a charge again they replaced it, the third phone charged, unfortunately we didn't activate it right away, when we did activate it they phone only worked for three weeks and the lcd screen went bad (without an lcd screen the phone is useless) They refuse to replace or refund my money. read full review »
