Made initial purchases for redi set go cooker and found out after order posted and payment was taken thay added a charge for cookbooks! I was upgraded to FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING but I paid 16.95 for shipping and I still have not recieved anything and I emailed the company email address for customer service and they reply we will respond within 2 days... no they do reply at all its been 5 days since I got that reply from them, I AM SO UPSET I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW THIS COMPANY TREATS PEOPLE AND HOW EASY THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF read full review »
