I'm facing the worst (yes it is worst) customer care service from airtel since the last 2 months (the day I converted my number to post paid). Firstly, I'm getting 100's of messages in a day (Just imagine 100!!!) from an airtel number 543210. The SMS service is about cricket alerts.
