Free trial??? Not so much. I recieved my "free" trial in the mail with an invoice and guess what...no phone number anywhere. Although it does state "if you are unhappy with the product cancel at anytime during the 12 day trial period" Most companies would provide some sort of contact info along with this disclaimer but they did not. Luckily I had bookmarked the web site that I had ordered from and they did of course have contact information.
