i Bought the camera from J&R this year 2009 for $ 150 and found out that camera has some battery issues. I contacted Samsung services department and sent my camera on May 18th 2009 to their given address @ JS ALLIANCE CORP-DIGITECH AMERICA 20710 S LEAPWOOD AVE STE G CARSON CA 90746 310-538-2022 I have been contacting Samsung service department from May 18th 2009. they confirmed they received the digital camera. when I called again to Executive Department they said they were waiting to send me new camera in replacement... read full review »
