I have been dealing with this company for now almost 4 days. They have my African Grey Parrot held up due to hiddens fees they want paid for the 2 nd time after promising my bird would be here over a day (almost 2 days ago) The first hidden fee was that they had the bird in North Dakota to be delivered to Illinois. I paid the 1st shipping fee of $120.00. Next morning the e-mail me saying they need $650.00 for insurance.
