I moved a new apt and transfered my comcast service. The comcast service and their technician told me no charge for transfering account before the transfer, but now they sent me the bill 77.41$ for transfer & activation fee. When I called the service center, they said, sorry! they can't avoid it.. This is the biggest scam company in the State. read full review »
