My dad passed away almost three months ago from lung cancer still owing on his boat that is financed through GEMB. Even though we sent them written notes signed by my dad that it was ok for them to talk to me they wouldn't tell me a thing and they claimed that they never received the faxes that contained the notes, even though I had the paper saying send successful.
