I went in w/ a bra that I had purchased that was BROKEN. I tried it on removed the tags and then noticed that the adjusters on were BROKEN and the straps wouldnt stay up. I took it into the store and the "Manager" -- whose name was CHERISSE, proceeded to tell me that it was a health hazard to bring it in the store, she wouldnt return it, or exchange it and I was just STUCK w/ a broken bra.
