This company is non responsive to telephone messages or e mails. They give you expension #'s but no one ever answers the phone or left messages. We were finally informed that "any representive" could help us - they would just bring up our file on the computer, even though we were given a specific person in which to communicate. We are out approx $3, 000 and now they send us IRS forms to complete - without explaning what they are for or which tax year they cover. read full review »
