What prompts employees to blatantly lie to the very people who pay their salaries? My Wife and I decided to try the new bacon cheddar burgers offered by Checkers..I took my last $5 ordered two bacon cheddar burgers and a small seasoned fry to go..I informed the cashier no ketchup on either burger I repeated that request twice and he repeated it back to me twice..as I was being handed our bag of food I again said no ketchup right?
