I just found out Earthlink has been charging me for 3 1/2 years! I canceled service for the third time yesterday. When I called back to give them the previous two confirmation numbers from canceling service to get my money back, they told me they had no record of either one. Then they said I would have to contact them within 30 days of cancellation to get reimbursed. How convenient is that. I have posted about this on my blog and on facebook and within a couple hours I had several responses from others who have also experienced this problem with Earthlink. read full review »
