BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I asked a tenant to have a lock re-keyed or changed. THEY ARE AN ONLINE COMPANY, SO THERE IS NO WAY TO PHYSICALLY CONTACT THEM. Tenant had one lock re-keyed and two deadbolts replaced. They quoted appoximately $100-$135 to do the job. They charged the tenant $241 in total which included a whopping $170 labor charges!! I have no way of contacting them because their phones are always busy - probably left off the hook. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. read full review »
